L'appartamento e situato nel cuore di Budapest, a destra del Danubio vicino al Ponte "Margit Hid". E' soleggiato, confortevole e ben attrezzato con una superba vista sul Danubio, sull'Isola Margherita e sulle colline di Buda.
Vi sono un'elegante stanza, un confortevole letto doppio provvisto di lenzuola, un grande bagno con vasca e lavello e sono inoltre disponibili vari generi per l'igiene personale. La cucina e pienamente attrezzata anche con diversi generi di spezie. La Televisione vi offre la possibilita di scegliere tra diversi canali, inglesi, francesi, tedeschi, italiani, tutti con televideo.Immaginate giusto di fare colazione sullo spazioso terrazzo respirando a pieni polmoni aria pura e fresca e godere di quella deliziosa brezza mattutina e al cospetto di una cosi deliziosa vista sul maestoso fiume Danubio. Cosa vorreste chiedere di piu dalla vita?
Il bus 76, che ferma alla destra giusto fuori l'edificio, vi porta alla stazione dei treni. Il metro e distante solo pochi isolati e la fermata di altri principali tram e bus e a non piu di 5 minuti di cammino dall'appartamento.
L'appartamento e in una delle piu famose aree residenziali per la classe medio-alta. La zona e perfettamente sicura e vi troverete a camminare incrociando i vostri vicini giorno e notte. La porta d'ingresso dell'edificio e sempre chiusa e la porta dell'appartamento e dotata di tre serrature per la vostra assoluta sicurezza personale.
Semplicemente tutto di cui possiate avere bisogno sitrova vicino dal appartamento ! Avrete a disposizione banca, ufficio postale, supermercato e lavanderia giusto attorno all'edificio. Ristoranti, Mc Donald, una cantina, bar per colazioni, un Irish pub, etc sono dietro l'angolo.

Where is the apartment? What is the locality like?
The apartment is situated in the HEART OF BUDAPEST, right on the banks of the Danube near MARGARET-BRIDGE. It is sunny, welcoming, and well locate. There is a view over the DANUBE, the enchanting MARGARET ISLAND and the BUDA HILLS.
What does the accomodation comprise of?
This is a lovely apartment which includes a living room, bathroom, kitchen, entrance-hall, and a large sunny balcony. The apartment consists of an elegant room, comfortable beds (all bed linen provided), a large, luxury bathroom with bathtub, wash-basin, towels, and a range of complimentary toiletries. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with herbs and spices. You can watch TV from the comfort of your bed: choose from ENGLISH, FRENCH and GERMAN channels, all with TXT, and there is a WIFI in the house. Finally, you get the GREAT FEELING that every day is going to get off to a great start when you wake up here!

Yes. Just imagine taking BREAKFAST OUT ON THE spacious TERRACE: you breathe in a lungful of pure, fresh air, take in the view and enjoy the balmy breeze over the river - WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR?
What about public transport?
The location of the apartment is just perfect, the Danube river is just 100 meters far fom the house. The public transportation is great, the trolleybus 75, which stops right outside of the house, takes you to the Square of Heroes, to City Park, to Margaret Bridge or to the international railway station, called Keleti Pu. The Underground is only four blocks away, and a major roads with other buses and trams are just five minutes walk from the apartment.
What facilities are there in the vicinity of the apartment?
Simply EVERYTHING you could possibly need is within walking distance. A bank, post office, supermarket and laundry are all situated in the same building as the apartment. Great local restaurants, vegetable market, a bath and fitness center, a vegetable market, a McDonalds, a jazz cellar, pubs and clubs, a breakfast bar, and an Irish pub are all just a stone's throw away.
How about security?
The apartment is in one of Budapests's most distinguished, upper-middle-class areas. It's perfectly safe to stroll through the neighbourhood all night. Certainly this area is safe, moreover, this area is one of the safest parts of Budapest. The front gate of the house is always kept locked, and the apartment itself is fitted with two locks for your added security and peace of mind.
